SR DRIFTN BAR CODY is a 2001 registered AQHA Quarter Horse Stallion. Spade is a rideable stallion with mellow temperament. He got his name from the perfect "spade" shape (playing cards) on his forehead. At the age of four months he made the AQHA "America's Horse" magazine. He has a muscular body that stands 14.3 hands. He has a mild temperament and great conformation. He has a big apple hip and small head. which he passes on to all his foals. He is the son of Sand Dune Cody out of Driftn Sand to Joe Cody. His Dam is Charlene Boon Daughter of Boon Bar Best out of the famous sire of Cutting horses, Doc Bar and Leo San. He has been with us on the Ranch since he was about 3 months old. He came from the Logging Camp Ranch in North Dakota. He has Doc Bar and Driftwood breedings. Spade has a great temperment, gentle and easy to get along with.  He has a pretty little head which he inherited from Three Bars and big Doc Bar apple hip.
